- Turnaround Time
- All blank items will be shipped in 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends); as for items with decorations we offer 3 types of production lead time:
- 1. Standard: we ship out in 10 business days.
- 2. Blue Rush: we ship out in 6 business days with $25.00 rush fee.
- 3. Red Rush: we ship out in 4 business days with $50.00 rush fee.

- Shipping & Delivery
- While all order ship via UPS, someone must be available at the ship-to address to sign off on the package and receive it from the UPS driver, orders are fully insured for the invoiced amount. We don’t reimburse customers for any additional amount due to any fault caused by the delivery company; we assure replacement in the same time frame was chosen on the initial order. Customers have the following choices for shipping:
- 1. Ground: 5-7 days.
- 2. 3 Day Select: 3 days.
- 3. 2nd Day Air: 2 days.
- 4. Overnight: 1 day.
- * weekends and holidays are not included

- Damaged Items
Any damaged item should be called in immediately to our returns dept. and we will either replace the item or call it back and ship another one. Damaged orders must be called in within 15 days from the date was received.

You may also contact our Customer Service department to arrange for returns and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call 1-866-266-1888
It can take up to two weeks for return packages to reach us and to be checked in (additional time may be needed after weekends and holidays). Once your return is checked in, please allow 3-4 business days for your bank to register the credit onto your account. As soon as your package is checked in, you will be notified via email.
- All returns/Exchanges MUST be called in for obtaining RAN (Return Authorization Number) from the Returns Dept.; all returns/exchanges are subject to inspection before credit is issued, no credit will be given for washed or used garments. Decorated (embroidered or screen printed) items can not be returned nor exchanged. No Restocking Fee on returns or exchanges as long as they’re made within 20 days after items being received. All returns must be made within 20 days of when items received. All sales are final after 20 days. Credit will be issued within 2 billing cycles (usually around 20 business days). Credit does not cover shipping cost and it is the customer responsibility to ship items back to our facility.
