All items checked with embroidery come with one-side embroidery whether art-logo, font-logo or even a simple name on front sides or any of the sleeves. The embroidery work should not exceed 10,000 stitches; for jumbo logos (bigger than 10,000 stitches) a block of 5000 stitches can be purchased for $1.50 per item (if needed).

Art Logo Embroidery

The Art-Logo Embroidery is a company logo which includes artwork, symbols, lines, graphics or unique fonts; while Font-Logos can be selected from provided font options. When art-logo is selected a logo must be uploaded during the process of ordering; then we will digitize it according to colors, dimensions and layout provided then we send a proof via email prior to sewing the logo on garments. There is a $69.99 setup charge (up to 10,000 stitches, a block of $15.00 can be purchased for each additional 5,000 stitches). All embroidery can be applied on patches or directly on garments.

*WearForm is running a special on all NEW art-logos setup till June 2011 by waiving the entire $69.99 setup charge with the respect to the followings:

1. Limited to one logo per order.
2. Does not apply to jumbo logos (over 10,000 stitches) such as jackets back.
3. When changing logo colors, or items (shirts, bags, jackets…etc) there is a $19.99 for each change.
4. There is no minimum order to get the free setup.
5. Reordering garments with that free digitized logo is subject to $19.99 standard setup.
6. Customers cannot obtain digital copies of their logos (property of WearForm).

Font Logo Embroidery

The Font Logo is any company logo that can be typed straight from the keyboard, then some envelope techniques added to it  (arch, bridge…etc. refer to font styles). Maximum lines of font logos are 3 and there is a setup fee of $19.99 for all Font Logos applied for the initial order and all future orders.  All font logos embroidery can be applied on patches.

Personal Names (Monogramming)

Personal Names on garments are meant for recognitions; mainly used among service people, doctors & retail stores. Our names font-selections are 3 and customers can choose the embroidery color which will contrast best with the garment colors; we don’t send proofs on names; and names can be applied directly on garments or applied on patches.

How to add second-line embroidery?

You can either go to "second location embroidery" to allow a second line for a charge of $3.99; or you can do a font logo and this will open three-line embroidery or you can contact us and we'll help you.

Patches

We offer two sizes of patches:
1-    4 x 2 mainly used for names.
2-    4.5 x 2.5 used for company logos and 2-line font logos.
Customers can choose the border color and patch-fabric color to contrast better with garments ordered; all patches are prices for $0.99 and they come stitched on garments.
